He said that seven remits deal* ing with unemployment actually had 12 minutes’, discussion in the hurry to get aiway for a drive. It was safe to say that fourfifths of the delegates did not know what they voted for. There was pandemonium and people jumping to their feet, but discussion was absolutely gagged. No. check was kept on the way delegates voted. On one occasion, 12 fnore votes were recorded than there were members present.
