The Council of the Swiss National Bank has decided that the devaluation cf the belga hay not necessitated Switzerland devaluing her franc. (U.P.A. by Elec. Tel. Copyright) BRUSSELS, April 5. Tiie French and Delian Ministers have drawn up an agreement settling trade problems arising out of devaluation. It will be submitted to the respective Governments. <U.P.A. by Elec. Tel- Conyright) PARIS, April G. A Fra neo-Belgian commercial agreement arising from the devaluation of the belga, has been issued. It prevents the dumping of Belgian goods at prices lower than they would have been without devaluation.
