Four Brazilians, including two men related to the Brazilian Presidential family, were billed on Sunday night, when an Argentine Border patrol repulsed a launch crossing the Uruguay river from Brazil. The dead include: Agi \ argas, a nephew of Pr.eiidc-ni Vargas; Abhon Motta, a cousin of the President’s wife; the German-born owner of the launch, .whose name is given as Rosenbeck, and the launch pilot. The border guard --aid thatlaunch was carrying a group of men from dan Renan, armed with rifles and machine guns, believed to have been seeking the release of men he’d, in connection with tile kidnapping of a Brazilian political refugee Colonel Juan Garcia, at Cunha, on September IS. BUENOS AIRES, Oct. 17 Tiie Argentine Government, on -Monday night, cabled its Ambassador in Rio de Janeiro to present Argentina’s condolences to Brazil over the frontier incident- on Sunday The Ministry of Marine has ordered an investigation. Official circles recognise the incident as a grave threat to the harmony between Brazil and Argentina.
