Tho Liberal Party conference, at Scarborough decided by a large majority that the Liberal Pafiamentary Party, which at present _ sits on the Government side of the House, should be asked to cross the floor, as construe tivo.criticism of Government measures and policy would he most effectively presented from the Opposition benches.
