PAST YEAR’S OPERATIONS
NET SURPLUS OF IT7I. According to a statement of. the dairy farm working account, presented to yesterday’s meeting cf the Cook Hospital Board, operations during the year ended March 31 last yielded a net surplus of £374 2s 4d. The principal items of' expenditure were as follows: Livestock £924 11s, fodder etc. £555, wages £453, hoard and lodgings. £52, seeds ami manures £27 Is Gd, stock feed purchased £4B 12s .Dd, upkeep hor n e and cart £l9 3s 3d, electric light and power £23 18s 2d, oil and sundry purchases £l7 d s Ail, repairs to buildings £l3 15s 6d, fences etc. £lB 17 Gd, insurances £l9 8s Bd, rates £l7 Gs 7d, rental £94 2s 7d, . depreciation (buildings £32 14s Id and equipment £27 14s -Id) £OO 8s sd, total, £2373 Is Id.
