PRINCE’S FJRSTLONG FLIGHT IN NEW. ’PLANE. (British Official Wifeless ) RUGBY, May 10. The Rriiieo of Wales to-day flew from Windsor to Cardilf to bold an investiture of the order of St. John of Jerusalem. . ? lt,was the first occasion - °n which lib?has made a long . flight in his Vickers Viastra machine. The monoplane has accommodation for 10 persons and a speed of 160 miles an hour. Sound-proof walls mako conversation possible at a normal tone. Ten parachutos in the cabin roof are released for passengers on touching a button. The Prince flew back to London to-night to keep a second public engagement.
