There are several subsidiary buildings in the'grounds.-
The assessed rent of the house is £00; and the feu duty is about £37. There being no reserve or upset price, the property went to the highest .bidder. For some time > the house,' has been unoccupied. Before it can he occupied it will require - extensive ■ repairs. :
