Tom Casement, brother of Sir Roger Casement, is suing the Daily Express for libel, allegedly contained in the story of am old hat, which Tom Casement, contends imputed that, he is dissolute and incapable of managing his own affairs.
Counsel said that Casement was shipwrecked in New Zealand, and fought in the Boer War and in the Great War. until ho learned that his brother was executed, when he refused to serve, further.The hearing was cudjourn , 'd.
