FOOTPATH TRAFFIC

Sir, —I am pleased to know- that one “Dweller in the Town” understood my last Jotter on. ihe traffic .question, which E. McKay' certainly did not. Perhaps he has never lived in a country where people are compelled to keep to the right or left. If ever he should visit one he will return to New Zealand a-wiser if not a sadder man and “very disgusted” •with the scare of affairs here— but not with the “MIDDLE OF THE ROAD”
