XMAS FAVORS TO KING AND QUEEN. LONDON, Jan. 8. Scores of Christmas presents for Their Majesties the King and Queen from people unknown to them in all parts of the world have been returned with a. note of refusal.; This is in accordance with the rule adopted by Royalties some years ago,_ otherwise they would be overwhelmed with gifts.
