Playing in the post-sectional round at the East Coast (Napier) Bowling Centre’s tournament, tke Gi'sborne Club rink, comprising T. Adams, 11. E. Bright, I. Stephenson and A. Engebretsen (s.) .was defeated by a Bluff Hill rink skipped by McLennan the score being 21-12.
