She is due at Gisborne again about Wednesday, 11th instant., and on completion of discharge and loading will return to southern ports to load again for Napier and Gisborne.

The Pukoko arrived vest-eray morning from Auckland and the Coast, and sailed in the afternoon for Napier. From that port she will proceed to Auckland to load there on Monday and Tuesday for the Coast. Gisborne and Napier. 'The Awahon is to load at Wellington on Monday and Tuesday for Napier arid Gisborne. The vessel is due hero to-dav week.

The Margaret Wis expected to leave Westport on Monday night and arrive at Tokomam Ray on Thursday morning next. The Tiron, in place, of the Margaret W, will load at Auckland on Monday and Tuesday for the Coast and Gisborne, arriving here, on Thursday morning next. The Commonwealth and Dominion Dine steamer Port Hunter is due here on Monday to load for Home. The Shaw, Savill and Albion Company’s steamer Pa Iceha, is expected here on Jan. IS to load frozen meat, butter, cheese, wool and fallow for London. The Shaw, Savill and Albion Company’s motor ship Taranaki is to load here on Jan. 18, taking woo] for London. The Commonwealth and Dominion Line steamer Port Caroline is expected here on Jan 19 to load frozen meat for Loudoir.

An announcement of ..considerable importance to the travelling public is made by the New Zealand Shipping Co., Ltd., with reference to their service via Panama Canal.

The Remuera, which has hitherto carried first, second and third-class passengers, will now be rated as cabin class and tourist class and the reduced rates will operate on and after her voyage from London on December 15th. Cabin class fares will he from £72 to £B2 single and from £126 to £144 return from New Zealand. The accommodation includes large single bedstead cabins on the boat deck fit £B2 and private bathrooms will be obtainable at £l9. Tourist; class single rates in this vessel will range from £3B in six-berth cabins to £55 in single berth cabins arid return fares from £6B to £99. The Remuera is timetabled to leave New Zealand on February 18,
