CONFERENCE IN WELLINGTON.
(Press Association.! WELLINGTON, Jan. 6. The New Zealand Farmers’ Union h.as called a meeting, representing the different sections of primary production, in Wellington for January 17 The object is to discuss farmers problems and make suggestions to Cabinet, with a view to their inclusion , if practicable, in legislation, tp be brought before the House for the coming session. The speakers ttffl include Sir Wdlliam Hunt, Messrs. W. -T. Poison; O. A. Wilkinson (Eltham), D. Jones, Dynes Fulton, W. Machin (Christchurch) and James Rcgg (Dunedin).
