Kemp, who was Sena tore Alarconi’s first assistant in bis eariy experiments when the young inventor came to England in 1396. Air. Kemp, who was 75 years of age. accompanied Sonatore Alarcon! to Newfoundland in December. 1901, and heard wireless signals received from the station at Poldhu. Cornwall. Senat-orc Al’arconi and his assistants have been conducting further experiments with very shortwireless waves, less than one metre long, this being the wave length used in the earliest - experiments in which AH.
