The League Budget Committee, at Mr. W. M. Hughes' iustigati-m. referred the budget hack to the supervisory committee with instructions .o effect economies.
Despite Sir E. Hilton Young's. Sir Thomas WiWordhs. and M. Ilanihro's pleas to immediately abolish the League’s offices in London, Paris, Berlin and Home, the committee decided that the Supervisory Committee should report on the i m:.letin 19313.
