Copyright) (Received Feb. 26, 8.50 p.m.) CALCUTTA, Feb. 26. ,Sir Philip Chetwodo, commander in chief, speaking at a Council of State announced that tho Indian Government had accepted tlio principle of tho more rapid Indianisation of the Army in India, and the creation of an Indian Sandhurst, ■ and as recommondod by tho Indian Round-table Conference, an expert committee including representatives of .. the Indian States would meet in Simla shortly to implement the now policy announced by Mr. MacDonald at' the conference.
