A mysterv has arisen concerning Eugene Levin. First Secretary to the. Embassy, who was found dead at the Embassv wuich refused to give a statement. The first theory was- suicide lor faniiiy reasons, -but it is thought possible his disposal may have been desired, because he had manv friends among the White Russia Society. A third theory connects nis death with rumored association with the Communist movement in Italy. .
