MOTOR MERGER.
THREE IMPORTANT BRITISH COMPANIES. (British Official Wireleßß.) RUGBY, Nov. 22. Details are published of a mergei which is proposed of the three motor manufacturing firms of Humber, Hillman, and Com mor cars. The! two first arc engaged in the production of motor ears, and their factories are near each other at Coventry. Comnier Cars, in Luton, are manufacturing commercial 1 motor _ vehicles. Hum! a-s are to be; the holding company. and the capital of the new com bine wi'l be about £1.250.000. Shareholders in the Hillman firm, which is a private compand and those of the Cornmer Co., have agreed to tho mergei’. and the proposal is now before Humber shareholders.
