fNTER-ALLIED CC X V ER SATIOX ESSENTIAL AGREEMENT. BELT EYED REACHED United Press Assn, by El. Tel. Oopyrieht (Times Cables.) LONDON Nov. 22. The Pari a correspondent of the Times states that it is understood that the inter-Allied conversations show essential agreement between Britain, France, Italy and Belgium, concerning reparations. M. Forgeot, Minister of Works, has issued a report indicating that- the reconstruction of the devastated areas was practically complete. The- industries were now more efficient than before the war. He estimates the total cost to date at £.1,000,000,000, in round figures. The Budget estimates for 1929 contain a further £10,000,000.
