The dispute took a new turn to-day, when the coal lumpers refused to coal two. steamers in port. Their licenses will probably be cancelled. When the call was made for men. to- coal the liner Beltana, those present turned their backs and refused to be. picked up. Tho Beltana is being- loaded bv volunteers at Port Melbourne.
