Horwood, on November 6, dentes a statement that he will speak out at the right time. He says he has not hinted at any revelations, which are an absurd fiction. He says: ‘‘When a man leaves a public position such as Scotland Yard, he m,ust dismiss from his mind any knowledge acquired, otherwise hq would be unfit to be an Englishman.
