ALLEGED SECRET AGREEMENT WITH GERMANY. JUNKERS ACTIVITIES. AIRCRAFT AND AERO ENGINE WORKS FOR REDS. United Press Assn, by El. Tel. Copyright (Times .Cables.) (Received Oct. 8, 11.45 p.m.; LONDON, Oct. 8. A Berlin correspondent reports that Herr Kunstler, a. Socialist member of the Reichstag, has given Vorwaerts details of an alleged secret German-Soviet military. arrangement negotiated in 1922-23, including the establishment of the Junket's aircraft and aero engine works in Soviet Russia. Herr Kunstler says everything and everybody was given a code designation. Thus the Junkers works were “The firm N.N.” ; the German Ministry of “The Special Group”; and aeroplanes “cases.” Vonvaerts publishes the, key .also to Professor Junkers and others by “the mixed commission” sent from Moscow in December, 1921. If Herr Kunstler’s disclosures are genuine, they confirm the version hitherto current but never clearly established, gays a Berlin correspondent, who points out that, when the question of relations .between the Reichswehr and the “Red” army came up in the Reichstag two years ago, it was admitted Junkers’ activities in Soviet Russia had the German Government . officials "backing, but the Government then gave assurances that relations with Junkeis had long since been dissolved. Nationalist newspapers aro declaring that the whole or the disclosures were ancient history and accusing Herr Kunstler of treason in publishing them and regret that 1 arhamentary immunity protects him prosecution. ■
