(Press Association) WELLINGTON. April 19. . The Dominion Meteorologist’s evening forecast is as follows: An intense anti-cyclone still covers the area from Eastern Australia to New Zealand. Pressure is rather low to the south-east of the Dominion. Winds . mainly moderate and between south-west and south, but strong westerlies at times round Southern Otago. Seas still rough in the, Fovcaux Strait region, but elsewhere smooth to moderate. Moderate south-westerlies and smooth to moderate seas in the eastern half of the Tasman Sea. Some showers in Southern/ Otago, but otherwise fair to fine and cool, with some light frost inland, except in the south. The weather is likely to Continue fine for several days. 1 •
