The Reform party caucus was held to-day, * when forty-three members were present and apologies were received from the absentees. The licensing question and others were discussed amicably. A resolution was unanimously passed of confidence in' the Prime Minister, and in his administration. The Prime Minister would not tell tlie date of the election or the date of the opening of Parliament.
