In the Magistrate’s Court to-day Nat Hanley, a music-hall comedian, charged with presenting a revolver! at another man, pleaded not gui.ty. Hanley was fined 60s for bringing a firearm into New Zealand and tho more serious charge was dismissed. It was stated that after a drinking party in a hotel, and during a row over money, Hanley fired a blank cartridge at the floor to. frighten the other men.
