FATE SEALED 1 IN 1916. (United Press Assn.— Copyright.) (Aust. and N.Z. Press Assn.) BERLIN Feb. 9. The second part of the German official wur film which was shown yesterday, acknowledges Germany’s fate was sealed at the end of 1916 owing to the failure to break through the Allies’ lines. The objective of the film, which is historically correct, shows the horrors of modern warfare.
