CANNOT COMPETE WITH AUSTRALIAN. UNFAIR TREATY ~TREATMENT. (Aust. and N.Z. Press Assn.) OTTAWA, Feb. 9. Dr. F. S. Toiinie, Conservative told the House that under the Australian treaty Canadian butter manufacturers got unfair treatment. Canadian farmers hud to store provender foi the winter and feed the cows so that they Could not compete with Australia, whose cattle was turned cut tc grass. If there was no market in Canada for their butter lie ' feared that farmers would move to tlic United States.
