NEW TO RE EE HILL ROAD. (Special to the Times). OPOTIKI, Feb. 10. A new road has been formed on the top of the Torere hill on the East Coast route, which will make the grade easier. The road will be open for traffic from to-morrow. PERSONAL. The Mayor, Mr G. S- Moody, Cr. Carruthers and Mr G. S. Hathaway, Town Clerk, left for Tauranga this afternoon to assist in the farewell to F. S. Dyson, Public Works Engineer. who'is lea%'ing: shortly for Dunedin. Messrs J. H. Reid, ex-chair-man, and W. W. Upton, engineer, will represent the County Council. *
