The chairman (Air. Chas. Alar hew sj called on the overseer to read the Engineer’s report, stating at tho same tune that this report, so far as the first-/two pages were concerned wa 3 entirely the work oi the JaL -Mr. J J. Keane who, at tile time when tils accident occurred, was on Jus way to view works with the object pt completing his report for the, meeting. Cr. F. S.
