A severe blizzard is sweeping northern Japan. Shipping is suit'dmg badly. • Five hundred houses were wrecked in Akita prefecture, and many tires are reported throughout the country, the worst at Mntsuyo. where 1.0U1.000 yen woith of damage was done. Sixteen hundred are homeless. Six wore burned to death at Osakagun. in Fnkushima prefecture.-->nn.
