ABDEL KRIM’S COMPLAINT

PEACE TERMS NEVER COMMUNICATED.

(A. and N.Z. Coble Association.) (Received Sept. 7, 7.25 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 6. Abdel Ivrim again complains through the “Times’ ” Tangier correspondent that the Franco-Spanish peace terms were never communicated to him despite all statements to the contrary. He was therefore unable to accept or reject them. He declares the assertion that he received them was a lie published for political purposes in order to deceive the public and mislead the Franco-Spanish peoples so as to persuade them to continue the war. He simultaneously ordered Riff agents at Tangiers to inform General Esterla that if the Franco-Spanish terms correspond with the terms published in the Fran-co-Spanish Press he is prepared i-o negotiate on that basis.
