Dobson. May Wise gave evidence that she had been keeping company with Dobson since last April. He informed her he was separated from his wife. The latter became .ill. and Dobson ■visited her. Witness objected, stating it must bo either “the wife or me.” She added that Dobson told her he had purchased the stuff from a. chemist to kill cats. Later Airs. Dobson died from the effects of drinking stout containing arsenic.
