(Reuter’s Telegram.) GENEVA, Sept. 3. Colonel Amery, occupying Mr Oliamberlaiti’s seat at the meeting of the League Council, made an important statement refuting the Turkish Government’s allegations as regarding violation of the so-called Brussels lino on the Mosul frontier, and naval demonstrations in the Aegian. Ine statement was made after the Turkish Minister had repeated the allegations.
