NEW YORK, July 30 A triplo tragedy cccurrel as the outcome of jealousy at Richmond. Virginia, where Rudolph Disso, aged IS. shot dead Airs. Vivian Petrs, his rival George Carter, and Detective Burke. Airs. Peers was arrested on charges made by DLsse, who, in turn, was prosecuted for fraud by Carter. ■
All the partes were leaving the courtroom when Disse whipped cut a revolver and fired till the weapon was emptied.
