JUDGE SHOOTS HIMSELF IN COURT.
EXPLAINING HOY' REVOLVER COULD HAVE BEEN USED.
According to a Santiago, California, message received in New York, Judge Fotonmy-or, of the Tia Juana, Lower California, Court, placed the muzzle of a revolver under his left ear and pulled the trigger in court.
His intention was to demonstrate how a revolver could have been used in a shooting case. It is assumed that he thought the cartridges had been removed by court officials. The act of inadvertence caused his death.
