ULSTER MUST BE REPRESENTED'
JUDICIAL COMMITTEE FORESHADOWED.
(Received Julv 30, il p.m.) LONDON, July 30. The Daily Telegraph Parliamentary correspondent foreshadows that a judicial committece is likely to decide the Irish boundary. A Commission cannot be legally constituted without an Ulster representative. He adds that the Government is already considering the possibility of immediate legislation which will obviously he severelv controversial. —A. and N.Z. C.A. ‘.
