MUSSOLINI DEALS WITH OPPOSITION.
ROME, April 15
A congress of the Popular Party, whose programmes support Parliamentary Government, Catholicism and proportional representation, having condemned Fascism, Signor Mussolini is summoning members of the Ministry belonging to that party to a meeting on Tuesday, when they must declare whether * they support the decision of Mussolini. —A. and N.Z.C.A.
