NEW YORK, Fa--. 20 T'hc American Institute i-f Ivlimrg and Metallurgical Engineers has received a report from its < omrnittee. whQli declares that Japan has three centuries cf oil supply at the present rate of consumption, while the United States has only twenty years' reserve. The engineers are holding a conference, and will dismss ‘be oil and mineral situation of the entire world, including Australia, urging the adoption of a foreign international mineral poliev by Congress.— A. raid N.Z.
