FIX A L SETTLEMENT ONLY AWAITS SIGNATURE. (Received April 26. 9.45 p.m.) WARSAW. April 25. The Polish-Ukraine Treaty is completed. and is awaiting signature. Jt recognises Ukraine’s independence and the autonomy of Poland. It undertakes to assist in freeing the right bank of the Dneiper and repudiates the Bolshevik Government established at Khnrkoff. while Ukraine guarantees 'Poland free transport to Odessa. Under the Treaty, the west frontier of Ukraine follows the rivers Sabruez and Stvr. Poland retains command of Lutsk while Ruvno Dubo is provisionally allotted to Ukraine. —A. and N.Z. Cable Assn.
