INAUGURAL MEETING. At an inaugural meeting of tho East Coast Association of Engineers, which was held at the Cosmopolitan Club on Saturday, a committee including Messrs Collin, deLautour, Edwards and Sinclair was appointed to arrange for a more representative general meeting at a later date. , The object of the Association is educational and' papers- will be read at subsequent meetings on eiigmeeiing topics. ; . . + nil The membership is open to an engineers mechanical, civil, railway, constructional and road engineer,* holding responsible positions. The date of the next meeting will be published through the local papers. ~
