Reuter’s Telegrams. (Received Nov. 6. 10 p.m.) NEW YORK, Nov. 6. The entire population of 13,000' in the munition town of New Kensington (Pennsylvania) evacuated the town today when explosions caused 20 deaths and many buildings were burned.
