“A SEA-GOING SHIP.”
THE AUCKLAND CHARGES
Press Association Telegram. AUCKLAND, Nov. 6. Mr. Fraser, S.M., gave his reserved judgment in the case against the Auckland Star, charged with having published, without military authority, the whereabouts of a seagoing sliip, having a particular reference to the arrival of an oil launch manned by foreigners, at Aitutaki. . The Magistrate held that the oil launch in question was a sea-going vessel according to the war regulations, but the regulations applied only _ to British, Allied and neutral craft, ana did not' apply to this boat or crew, which were alien. The information was dismissed.
