THE HUNS AND THEIR LOST COLONIES.
PLEA FOR- OCEAN-WIDE OUTLET.
Neuter’s Telegrams. (Received July 3, 9.15 p.m.) AMSTERDAM, July 2. At a meeting of the German Colonial Society, under the presidency of the Duke Johann Albrecht, of Mecklenburg, a resolution was carried declaring that Germany’s influence on the sea must be guaranteed. Germany must have an Outlet ocean-wide. Her overseas possessions must be enlarged with due consideration on a basis repudiating the idea of abandoning her oversea colonies, and demanding the safeguarding of Germany’s interests in East Asia.
