OFFERS TO RESIGN HIS. SEAT. (Press Association Tele.gram.)_ GREY-MOUTH, Feb. 10. Mr Webb, M.P., in a speech repl.V--sn- to criticism to-night, offered, ii liis critics could bring a requisition from a thousand electors, to resign and contest the seat again on his present platform. Ho claimed that lie held no invitation to attend sene offs to soldiers. . In answer to the Patriotic Association he quoted his work in Parliament for soldiers' dependants and increased pensions.
