MILITARY SERVICE BOARDS.
APPEALS FOR SAILORS. (Press Association Telegram.) WELLINGTON, Feb 14. The Military Service Board to-day considered 21 appeals lodged by Mr W. T. Young on behalf of seamen. Seven men had not been traced and the appeals were dismissed. Decision, in the cases of the other 14 was reserved.
CAXTERBUR V CASKS. (Press Association Telegram.) CHRISTCHURCH* Feb. 14. Before the Canterbury No. 1 Board at llangiora to-day, three appeals that had been adjourned sine die at the previous sitting were heard, the Military representative alleging that evidence had been suppressed- In two case the appeals were dismissed and the other case was adjourned for further evidence.
