HORRORS IN SERBIA. Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn. LONDON, Feb. 13. The Serbian Legation states that the Austrians are hanging many 7 civilians in Serbia for petty offences, including tlie giving of food to fugitives. iiaving more food housed than is permitted, and retaining copper utensils. Numbers have been hanged, because they could not or woulcj not indicate where the State archives were buried. A wealthy merchant was hanged for refusing to reveal the whereabouts of the private property of the Crown Prince.
