ELEPHANTS PRESSED INTO SERVICE. Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn. THE HAGUE, Feb. 13. The Berliner Tageblatt publishes a photograph of elephants from the Berlin and Hamburg zoos drawing truck-loads of paper for the Tageblatt. Horses, petrol and tyres are unobtainable.
