_ STEADY BRITISH PROGRESS. REMARKABLY SUCCESSFUL RAIDS. (Australian and N.2T. Cable Assn.) (Reuter’s Telegram.) (Received Feb. 14, 8.10 p.m.) LONDON. Feb. 14. Sir Douglas Haig reports:—The enemy’s repeated attacks southward of Seres were unsuccessful. We penetrated several hundred yards of positions eastward of Soucliez and destroyed a trench railhead, four mineshafts, and many dugouts. Many of the enemy were killed. We destroyed several dugouts north-east of Neuville St. Vaast, northward of Loos, and eastward of Ypres.
