WANGANUI SESSIONS. (Press Association Telegram.) WANGANUI, Feb. 14. At the Supreme Court to-day Thomas Sheehan was acquitted on a charo-e of cattle stealing at Horopito. When the jury was discharged: Mr Justice Edwards called one of the duel witnesses for the Crown forward and said; “My opinion is that your evidence was absolutely reliable, trustworthy and true ”
