RIFLE SHOOTING.
GISBORNE TRENTHAM TEAM. Rifleman Rait, Johnstone, Breingan and Faulkner, members of the Gisborne Defence Rifle Club, have returned from competing at the Dominion Rifle Association meeting at Trentham, all being fairly successful. , Idle Club recommences its shooting for the season’s aggregate on Thursday and Saturday. March 12th and 14th, with its sixth match at 500 and 700 yards. The season so far has been highly successful, and shooting has greatly improved, the young shots espeioajly‘showing splendid form..
